By accessing or using the kb77 platform in any capacity — including browsing the site, registering an Account, depositing funds, placing bets, or contacting support — you unconditionally accept and agree to these Terms and all documents incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.
These Terms apply to all use of kb77 regardless of the device or browser through which the Platform is accessed. Acceptance is continuous — your continued use of kb77 following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended version.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) kb77 Account. Creating multiple Accounts — whether using the same identity, a variation thereof, or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. kb77 may use technical and manual measures to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate Accounts and their associated balances will be suspended without notice or recourse.
You must provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information at the time of registration and must update this information if it changes. kb77 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by a Player, including failure to deliver notifications or inability to process withdrawals. Deliberate provision of false information constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kb77 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. kb77 is not liable for any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. kb77 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at the time of a withdrawal request, when unusual account activity is detected, or as part of routine compliance checks. Accepted verification documents include Philippine government-issued IDs: PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS card, GSIS card, or UMID. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe will result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
kb77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). kb77 does not impose fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business hours. kb77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on large or unusual withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Section 4.4.
Player funds deposited to kb77 are held separately from operational funds and are treated as player funds at all times. kb77 does not use player deposits for operational expenses or third-party obligations.
Anti-Money Laundering: kb77 complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. Transactions that trigger AMLA reporting thresholds will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law. Players must not use kb77 to launder money or conduct transactions that are the proceeds of criminal activity.
All bonuses, promotional credits, cashback amounts, and free spins offered by kb77 are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, game restrictions, and maximum conversion limits. The full terms applicable to each promotion are published at the time the promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they are converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bets placed with bonus funds on excluded game categories or specific titles do not contribute to wagering requirements. kb77 publishes a list of excluded games for each active bonus on its promotions page.
kb77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, or using automated systems to exploit bonus structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, kb77 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the associated Account.
kb77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus in good faith prior to modification will have their existing bonus processed under the original terms applicable at the time of claiming.
All random number generator (RNG) based games at kb77 use certified RNG technology that has been tested for fairness and randomness by independent third-party laboratories. Live dealer games use physical equipment — real cards, real roulette wheels — operated by trained dealers. Sports betting and sabong outcomes are determined by the results of the underlying real-world events; kb77 has no control over those results.
Minimum and maximum bet limits applicable to each game or betting market are displayed within the game interface or the betting lobby. These limits vary by game, table, and account tier. kb77 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game freeze, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, kb77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to the Players involved. kb77 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
If you believe a game result at kb77 is incorrect, you must notify support at [email protected] within 72 hours of the disputed event. kb77 will investigate the dispute using server-side game records, which are deemed conclusive in the event of any conflict with client-side display data.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kb77 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly display, or commercially exploit any kb77 content. Any unauthorized use of kb77 intellectual property will constitute infringement and may result in legal action.
kb77's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information is governed by the kb77 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. The Privacy Policy is compliant with the Republic Act No. 10173 — the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 — and all implementing rules issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
By registering a kb77 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to kb77's retention obligations under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kb77 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits kb77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
kb77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity or suspected fraud; (c) non-compliance with KYC requirements; (d) failure to meet eligibility requirements; (e) breach of any applicable law or PAGCOR regulation; or (f) any conduct that kb77 determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform, other players, or kb77's reputation.
You may close your kb77 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe, subject to satisfactory KYC completion. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Where material changes are made, kb77 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the kb77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
